Hello and thank you for visiting my site. I am an integrative psychotherapist, supporting clients’ personal development, relationships issues, sexual issues, empowering change, life stages, bereavement, redundancy, separation or divorce. I am specialised in trauma psychology, with extensive experience in supporting clients affected by sexual violence or psychological abuse during childhood or adulthood. I work with couples, individuals and groups.

There is not only one form of therapeutic response for any presenting issue. I am trained in several therapy approaches and offer various ways of working depending on your wishes and needs initially and during therapy.

I work collaborative; depending on your preferences specific methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), aspects of Trauma-focused CBT or creative tools such as visualisations, can be integrated into traditional talking therapy, if this suits you or if you would like to give it a go.

I am a senior accredited psychotherapist and senior accredited supervisor; UK qualified in 2007, specialised in systemic couples therapy and in trauma therapy (including PTSD). Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

  • Areas of expertise include EMDR, Compassion-focused Therapy (GFT) and Somatic Experiencing
  • humanistic psychotherapy
